Services and Scope

What each plan includes, and what it does not.

This is the honest, complete picture of what we build at each level. If something is not listed here, it is not part of the plan: it is either an add-on or outside what we do. We would rather set clear expectations now than promise more than we deliver.

Make your first mark

Footprint

For a business just finding its feet, or one that wants one strong page now: everything your customers need first, on a single page that works hard.

What you get

  • One custom-designed page: a welcome, why choose you, a clear call to action, your services, your reviews, and how to reach you
  • Each service with its own short summary, and the full details a tap away
  • Written for you: we draft up to 750 words, and you approve every one
  • Gentle motion as visitors move down the page, built to stay fast on island data speeds
  • WhatsApp and click-to-call buttons, and a contact form
  • Google Business Profile setup, so you can be found on Google Maps and in local searches
  • Your domain connected, registered in your name and yours
  • Secure hosting with an automatic, always-renewing SSL certificate (the padlock), all handled

Footprint is one page by design. When you need more room, the full Footprint setup counts toward Presence or Growth if you upgrade within 6 months.

Be found and trusted

Presence

For a business that needs to exist online properly: a professional, fast, mobile-first site that makes you look as good as you are, and that Google and your customers can actually find.

What you get

  • A custom-designed website of up to 5 pages, built for you, not a template with your logo dropped on top
  • Written for you: we draft the copy, you approve it
  • Mobile-first and fast, built to load quickly even on island data speeds
  • WhatsApp and click-to-call buttons, and a quote or contact form
  • Google Maps, Google Business Profile setup, and local SEO so you are found in local searches
  • Your own business email address, set up and yours (for example hello@yourbusiness.com)
  • A reviews section to show your reputation
  • Secure hosting with an automatic, always-renewing SSL certificate (the padlock), all handled
  • Two content updates a month, and a same-business-day response if the site ever breaks
Put the site to work

Growth

Everything in Presence, plus one working system that does a job for you. For clinics, salons, cleaners, and service businesses that need clients to book, enquire, or engage.

What you get on top of Presence

  • Up to 8 pages
  • One business engine of your choice: an online booking system (you review and confirm, or clients book directly), advanced intake forms, or a reviews integration
  • A photo gallery or before-and-after showcase, built from photos you provide
  • Everything from Presence, still included

For businesses ready to move bookings, appointments, or client intake online. If you are unsure, this is the plan we will usually recommend.

The full toolkit

Platform

Everything in Growth, plus the heavier machinery, for businesses whose website needs to run more of the operation. Custom means choosing from systems we already build with and trust, not inventing something untested.

What you get on top of Growth

  • Heavier systems where they fit your business: memberships, hotel or villa booking, online checkout, or self-editable content
  • More pages and more than one business engine
  • Priority scoping of your specific needs against what we build and support
Add-ons

Available on any plan

Priced separately, added when you are ready. Never bundled in silently. Extra pages aren't offered on Footprint, which is one page by design.

  • Extra pages $125 each More room as you grow. A new service, a new location.
  • Online booking engine $300 + $35/mo If not already in your plan. Clients book themselves in, day or night.
  • Online payments and deposits $300 + $40/mo A proven system, running on your own merchant account.
  • Intake forms $125 Collect what you need before the first visit, cleanly.
  • Reviews widget $75 Put your real reputation where new customers look first.
  • WhatsApp reminder desk $400 + $60/mo One-tap WhatsApp reminders that cut no-shows.
  • Blog $200 Design plus your first posts, ready to grow.
  • Careers page $125 Hiring, made presentable.
  • Business email setup $75 Included in every plan; this is the standalone setup.

Add-ons are scoped and quoted in advance. You approve the price before any work begins. How online payments actually work in these islands is written up plainly in the payments guide.

The care plan

What looked after monthly actually means

Growth and Platform care also cover maintaining and monitoring the business engines on those plans (booking, intake forms, reviews, and heavier systems), which is why their monthly is higher.

Included every month: hosting on our infrastructure, the SSL certificate issued and renewed automatically so your site always shows the secure padlock, security and monitoring at the hosting layer, up to two content updates (text, images, hours, prices), and a same-business-day response if the site goes down.

What security means here: your site is built with nothing to hack. No database, no logins, no plugins. That removes the most common ways small-business sites get broken into. We keep the hosting secure and the certificate valid; your own accounts (domain registrar, email, Google, payment providers) stay with you, since those are yours.

Not included: new pages or features (those are add-ons), changes to third-party systems outside the site, and new content on a schedule.

Response times run on business days, Monday to Friday, TCI time. A broken or down site is treated as urgent; routine updates are done within two business days. Updates don't roll over: two a month is two a month.

Scope, said plainly

What we do not do

Being clear about this protects both of us. These are deliberate boundaries, so you always know exactly who does what.

  • Marketing campaigns, newsletters, and social posts. We build the site that supports your marketing; the message itself is yours.
  • Running your ads or social media accounts.
  • Fresh articles or posts on a schedule. We draft your site copy at build time and make up to two updates a month.
  • Photography and videography. Send us the photos you have and we will place them beautifully, and tell you exactly what shots work best.
  • Logo and brand identity design. We make the brand you already have look its best.
  • Business or marketing strategy. We build and keep the site; the direction is yours.
  • Custom software beyond systems we already build with and trust. If it needs an untested experiment, it is a Platform conversation or an honest no.
  • Third-party account problems. If Google, Meta, a payment provider, or a registrar holds something up on your account, we guide you through it, but those accounts are yours.

If it is not written into your plan or a signed add-on, it is not promised. When in doubt, we put it in writing first.

Ask before you sign.

We would rather explain a boundary than have you expect something that was never included.
